Dear applicants of 2022 degree programs,
Please carefully read all the information given below for details:
1. Kindly ensure you complete the deposit payment and upload the receipt to our system(must put your application number when transferring fees to university account) , if you have already received our university pre-admission E offer. Keep the bank paper well with you for possible use when you finally come to school for other necessary registration procedures when the border reopens.
[Note:
Other Charges written on your offer including (1) Physical examination (2) Medical Insurance (3) Residence permit (4) Bedding ,etc. shall be paid based on actual requirements in new students registration time after admission. Related offices and departments in charge of international students will provide necessary supports to students step by step. Please refer to the updated notices when it is time for registration in future.
2. According to the recent government notice, for those who are not in China, please wait for further notice from our university after formal admission regarding when to apply to come to campus while now our university is arranging current international students from different batches to be back in different time groups step by step.
1) So if you are now abroad, please wait sometime, once there is any update, we will let you know via system message in application process or via school notices sent to new students' social media group by related office in charge of international student affairs after formal admission. You also need to pay close attention to the updated notice on the official website of Chinese embassy in your country for visa application requirement. Once the border reopens, you also should confirm with school regarding the university policies and procedures for international students' returning after checking gov. website notices. Every student shall be noted that it depends on the related gov. departments to evaluate your JW202 and X1 visa application in future when it is time for you to apply to be back. And we shall remind you accordingly that This E-version admission offer shall automatically become invalid, if the student is not able to enter China legally due to various reasons in future when border reopens，including but not limited to failure in obtaining the JW202, or X1 visa, etc.
2) If you are currently in China, we will help you apply for the form accordingly after you finish pre admission procedure, and it takes several weeks to process the JW202 application. And it depends on related gov. department to evaluate and decide if the student can pass the application. Students shall have valid visa or residence permit in the whole admission process. Usually the new students registration time won't start before Sept. of current year.
Currently there are still some potential risks to travel in the pandemic time, so it is suggested not to travel around while you are waiting to be formally enrolled.
if there is any change regarding new students JW202 form application no matter you are in China or abroad, we will also inform you in time.
3. For undergraduate programs, Online teaching has been arranged and it may adjust based on actual situation.
4. No matter you are pre-enrolled or formally enrolled, you can communicate with teachers in charge of freshmen of different programs regarding school open time and arrangement for freshmen according to Chinese government policies and university management under the pandemic.
Formally Enrolled Students shall come to university ONLY after confirmation with office teachers, otherwise, they shall be responsible for any consequences caused by based on related rules and regulations.
